Where are Home Delivery & In-Store Pickup services offered?

Home Delivery & In-Store Pickup are available at our Portland, Salty's Pet Supply store.

What days do you offer Home Delivery & In-Store Pickup?

Home Delivery & In-Store Pickup are available every day except 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day.

What is the cutoff time for Home Delivery & In-Store Pickup?

All orders received at least two hours before closing are eligible for same day Home Delivery & In-Store Pickup.

What if I place my order after the cutoff time?

All In-Store Pickup orders placed during our final two hours of business will be available when we open the following morning. In-Store Pickup orders placed outside of our normal business hours will be available two hours after we open the following business day. Please call the store for assistance with any Home Delivery orders placed after cut off time as they may still be deliverable.

How long does it take to process my order?

Home Delivery & In-Store Pickup orders are completed within 2 hours of receiving. We will contact all customers as soon as their orders are ready using the email address povided. Customers must wait for this email confirmation before picking up their orders. Once notified, customers may pick up their orders any time before our stores close for the day.


 

Who should I expect to deliver my Home Delivery order?

We have taken partnership with a local bike courier company (Cascadian Courier Collective or CCC) for our Home Delivery service. CCC can provide service faster than most delivery companies and are eco-friendly! Click their website for more information about our couriers:

Am I eligible for a Home Delivery order?

We currently offer delivery for residents for Portland zip codes 97227, 97217, 97212, 97214, 97209, 97204, and parts of 97210 & 97205

Please call the store to set up delivery for addresses within the courier zone with a different zip code.

How much does Home Delivery cost?

Our Home Delivery serivce is an additional $10 flat fee for all residents within the delivery zone.

Do I need to be home at the time of  a Home Delivery?

Nope. The courier will leave the order safely near the entrance if no one is home. Please leave a cooler outside if you are expecting a raw food delivery. *Salty's Pet Supply will not be responsible for damaged or stolen items after delivery has been made by courier.

How much does In-Store Pickup cost?

Our In-Store Pickup service is FREE. Customers simply pay for their items, with no additional fees applied.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

No.

How do I order?

All orders must be placed on our website, shop.saltyspetsupply.com. Please select Home Delivery or In-Store Pickup and verify store location during checkout.

All returns must be made in person at the store you made the purchase from.
